We at Kapd (Kapd.in & Kapd App) ("we", "us") recognize the importance of privacy and confidentiality of personal

Kapd is a trustable fabric trading lending marketplace. Kapd is the fully trustable platform in which we only
allow verify sellers and buyers to deal with each other so that seller and buyer can get seamless buying or
selling experience. We enable textile companies to buy and sell fabric efficiently through mobile apps using
proposal enquiry and negotiation process. Kapd mobile application is a platform which allows the users to
communicate with each other directly either through direct messaging or through the mobile application itself.

This Privacy Policy sets out the ways in which Kapd (Kapd App) collect, use and disclose information in
connection with its operation of the Platform including personal information about Platform visitors and
representatives and employees of Buyers and Sellers ("you"). This Privacy Policy also applies to use of our
Platform via a mobile device, either through mobile applications or mobile-optimized websites.

We may receive personal information about you from third parties that are engaged by us to assist with providing verification services and conducting suitable money laundering and KYC (know-your-customer) checks on users. This may include your name, email address, company details and contact information

- Other Platform Users where necessary in connection with the facilitation of purchases and communications made between you and the other users.We have established relationships with third parties and websites to offer you products and services which we do not offer and such third parties and websites. We keep some of your data even after you close your account.
If you choose to close your account, your personal data will generally stop being visible to others on our Services within 24 hours. We generally remove yarn information and profiles within 24 hours of account closure and this information will no longer be visible to clients of the Services.
We retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting laws and other law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our License Agreements, or fulfil your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.
Information you have shared with others (e.g., through Inbox, emails, posts etc…) will remain visible after you closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile or mailbox, and we do not control data that other Members copied out of our Services.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

- Certain features of the Platform depend on cookies. Please be aware that if you choose to block cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use those features, and preferences that are dependent on cookies may be lost.
- Google Analytics (More information) Our Platform uses Google Analytics, an internet analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google's cookies allow us analyze use of the Platform by telling us which pages our users are viewing, which ones are most popular, what time of day our Platform are visited, if users have previously visited our Platform, from which website users are redirected to our Platform were and the like. The data generated by the cookie about your use of the Platform will be transmitted to Google and stored by Google on their servers.
- The Platform uses an anonymization tool of IP addresses so that the IP addresses are truncated within the territory of the Member States of the European Union and the other members of the agreement on the European Economic Area. - Google uses the data on behalf of The Yarn Bazaar (theyarnbazaar.com) to evaluate your use of the Platform, to compile reports on website activity for the website operators and for other website activity and internet usage services.
